For the second year in a row, CEO Elizabeth Cholawsky is featured on the Top 50 Women in Business list—elevating the CEO to a core group of honorees that is “not to be overlooked.”
Making the Top 50 Women in Business list for one year is an accomplishment. Receiving the recognition two years in a row puts you in a rarefied class of leaders.
Commended as “the best of the best” by The Pacific Coast Business Times’ Editor Henry Dubroff, HG Insights’ Cholawsky is included on the list for her professional achievements, resiliency, and contributions to the community.
This is the CEO’s latest distinction since joining the Santa Barbara-based tech company. In addition to charting the Top 50 Women in Business list in 2020, Cholawsky was also honored as the Best CEO for Women and Diversity and received a Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year, an accolade she was also awarded two consecutive years. In 2019, the HG Insights’ top executive was one of only four female leaders honored at the annual CEO Awards and was also named one of the Best CEO for Women by Comparably.
Grateful to be included in the core group of multiple-year “Top 50” winners, Cholawsky shares:
“It’s an honor to be part of this illustrious group of Central Coast leaders and be recognized for developing HG Insights into a growth company for our region while staying focused on making HG a great place to work for everyone.”
Her latest award comes on the heels of three banner years for HG Insights. Amassing additional commendations since Cholawsky’s arrival, HG Insights has been touted as one of the Best Tech Startups in Santa Barbara and the Central Coast’s Best Places to Work; not to mention offering some of the best employee perks, compensation, and, of course, nurturing the happiest employees.
