Comparably, a culture and career monitoring website, recently recognized HG Insights for having one of the best total compensation programs in the workplace.
Every year, employees from more than 60,000 companies use surveys on the Comparably website to anonymously submit feedback on their employers on a wide range of topics related to leadership and culture.
Based on the input to these surveys, which took into account annual compensation, frequency of raises, quality of benefits and other factors, Comparably added HG Insights to its Best Compensation list for small- to mid-sized companies.
“Being fairly paid for the work you do is an important factor for job seekers,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “The companies on our Best Compensation list received the highest sentiment ratings by those who know best — employees. When employers pay their workers competitively compared to others in their industry, their teams are motivated and incentivized to do a great job.”
“In what has been a difficult economic environment for many companies, we’re honored that our employees continue to rank HG Insights’ total compensation package as amongst the best in the industry,” said Bethany Kasmar, Director of Human Resources at HG Insights. “Our goal is to attract and retain top talent by providing a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that is competitive, keeps our staff motivated, and addresses the needs of all our employees.”
