Upstream partners with Selligent for data-driven customer engagement solutions

Tech Intelligence Bulletin (HG Insights) – Upstream Works Software, a provider of Omnichannel Contact Centre solutions, is partnering with Selligent to enable and deliver effective, integrated, enterprise-wide customer engagement solutions.
