Two years after the viral launch of ChatGPT and emergence of other Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI continues to dominate the innovation conversation across business sectors. It’s not all talk, either – according to an EY survey, GenAI use in the workforce has surged to 75% at the end of 2024, up from 22% in 2023. They found that the highest level of usage could be attributed to the tech sector (90%), with the government and public sectors having the lowest usage (60%).
