HG Insights SKO FAQs
What time does the event start and end?
The event schedule, including start and end times, are shared on the event website and in your calendar invite. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early for check-in.
Where is the event taking place?
The venue for our SKO is the Hyatt Regency located at 208 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704, United States
Do I need to book my travel?
What is the travel booking policy for SKO?
- Airfare
- Our preference is for employees to book through SAP Concur, unless an alternative flight can be booked for a material savings (>15%) – please reach out to me if you have questions when booking your flight
- For international flights:
- Our expectation is that a $2,500 cap is a reasonable cap for an international flight. If this is becoming problematic for any individuals – please reach out to directly to me prior to booking
- T&E while at Sales Kickoff
- Our events team will be providing most meals while at Sales Kickoff, so you should not be expensing your own meals when the company is providing meals – this is not a unique stipulation for Sales Kickoff
- Reporting
- When filing your expense reports please select the “Sales Kickoff” option from the Expense Group drop down. See attachment.
- Please ask Bill if you have questions about booking your travel to Sales Kickoff

Will there be transportation provided to and from the airport?
Do I need to bring anything to check in?
Please bring a valid photo ID – badge will be provided at check-in.
Is there a dress code?
Most attendees wear business casual unless otherwise noted. If the event is outdoors or includes activities, additional details will be provided in advance.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes, food, drinks and snacks will be provided for the following days:
- Monday, January 12th: Dinner provided
- Tuesday, January 13th: Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and dinner provided
- Wednesday, January 14th: Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and dinner provided
- Thursday, January 15th: Breakfast & lunch provided
I have dietary restrictions. How do I share them?
If you didn’t already note any dietary restrictions on your registration form, please let us know at HGInsights@credpr.com
Is parking available?
Yes, valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. If you require specific accommodations, please contact us at HGInsights@credpr.com so we can ensure your needs are met.
Is there Wi-Fi at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. Network details will be shared onsite.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes, we’ve built networking time into the agenda, including breaks, dinners, and activities.
