Rohini Kasturi

Chief Executive Officer

Rohini Kasturi is a distinguished C-Suite executive, board member, and trusted advisor to numerous private equity and venture capital firms. An alumnus of Harvard and Stanford, he has profoundly impacted the growth trajectories of various public, private, and venture-backed companies.

His pioneering efforts in the hybrid cloud market since early 2010, coupled with his expertise in scaling SaaS businesses in data, security, and more, have solidified his reputation as a respected leader and trusted advisor, and earned him numerous accolades and over 20 patents.

Kasturi was pivotal as EVP and Chief Product Officer at SolarWinds, a renowned IT management software company. He managed product development, engineering, product marketing, strategic alliances, portfolio management, and several other functions, transforming the company’s structure towards a Platform model and achieving remarkable year-over-year growth in key business metrics.

His professional journey includes a significant tenure at Pulse Secure as the Chief Product and Development Officer. Here, he doubled the company’s bookings by innovating the Zero-Trust Security Portfolio and played a critical role in its acquisition by Ivanti. Before this, as the VP/GM of Cloud and Data Management business unit at Veritas Technologies, he launched the first multi-cloud data and information management SaaS platform, demonstrating his forward-thinking approach. He is also the founder/CEO of Avni.io, a venture in cloud virtualization technology, which Veritas later acquired.

With more than two decades of technical achievement and business acumen in the B2B tech industry, Rohini Kasturi continues to foster leadership through empathy and accountability, and to drive innovation across SaaS, cloud, data analytics, and AI/Agentic technologies.

Satish Grandhi

Chief Technology Officer

Satishi Grandhi is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience as an Architect and Distinguished Engineer. He has strong domain knowledge in Data/Information Management, Data Governance, Data Center, Multi/Hybrid Cloud, Virtualization, L4-L7 Network Services, Packet Core, and Networking technologies u2014 with 15+ patents pending.

He is a strong hands-on Cloud, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Application architect with a deep level of understanding of cloud, virtualization, and container technologies like OpenStack (KVM), VMware vSphere (ESXi), AWS, Azure, GCE, Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker, and LXC, as well as SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Satishi is well-versed in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies and the application of Scrum across geographically distributed and cross-functional and cross-business unit Scrum teams. He innovates and rapidly develops new prototypes to prove new concepts and techniques.

Proficient in multiple programming languages u2014 Python, Java, C, and C++ u2014 Satishi Grandhi continues to drive technological excellence.

Vibhu Pratap

Chief Development Officer

Vibhu Pratap is Chief Development Officer at HG Insights, driving operational excellence across the company. He is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, and product development across SaaS and enterprise markets.

Most recently, he served as Group Vice President of Engineering at SolarWinds, leading a $550M portfolio and a global team of 350 engineers. In this role, he modernized legacy systems to cloud-native architectures and integrated AI capabilities supporting more than 50,000 customers. Previously, as Vice President of Cloud Engineering at Zededa, he drove the monetization of the company’s edge strategy and advanced their cloud-based controllers. Pratap also held leadership roles at Cisco, Veritas, and Avni Networks, guiding platform strategy across IoT, data analytics, and hybrid cloud. Throughout his career, he has transformed complex technical concepts into successful products, built high-performing teams, and aligned technology with business outcomes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi University and certifications from Wharton’s Global C-Suite Program.

Scott Gordon

SVP of Marketing

Scott Gordon is a seasoned marketing leader with 25 years of B2B enterprise software and SaaS experience. A hands-on GTM, growth, brand, and sales-enablement catalyst, he fosters creativity and builds cohesive teams that accelerate market presence, pipeline performance, and shareholder value. With a passion for cutting-edge technologies, Scott excels at crafting, reinventing, and scaling global go-to-market strategies while forging customer and partner engagement.

Previously, Scott served as CMO of Cogility, where he helped launch the company’s AI decision intelligence platform. At Pulse Secure, he revamped the PE-backed company’s positioning, optimized demand and channel programs, and expanded global teams — efforts that enhanced market reach, strengthened funnel quality, and supported the company’s acquisition. Earlier, as CMO at ForeScout, he accelerated visibility, demand, and competitive differentiation, contributing to the company achieving unicorn status and its successful IPO.

Scott holds a BA in Marketing and MIS from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

SVP of Business Operations

Rajat Bhatnagar is a software executive with rich experience in everything from early-stage startups to mature, run-rate revenue businesses. He is passionate about enterprise software and market transformation and is adept at introducing disruptive platforms and new business models across strategy, go-to-market, and product teams.

Mr. Bhatnagar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Francis Brero is the VP of AI Strategy at HG Insights, where he leads the company’s AI-native transformation across both product and operations. He brings 15 years of expertise across AI, data science, and product strategy to his role, where he drives how agentic workflows, unified GTM data, and machine intelligence are embedded into HG’s platform while helping internal teams adopt AI-first ways of working.

Previously, Francis co-founded MadKudu and built the production AI systems used by leading B2B revenue organizations worldwide. He is known for pairing strategic vision with hands-on execution to create AI solutions that deliver measurable productivity

Yuan Fang

VP Product

Yuan Fang has 25+ years of experience in product management, development, marketing, and business development in software and SaaS solutions.

Before joining HG Insights, Fang served as Senior Director of Product Management at SolarWinds, where he led the product team that launched and scaled SolarWinds Observability SaaS solution. Prior to SolarWinds, Fang held several product leadership positions—at Pulse Secure, Citrix, Polycom, and Motorola—where he led cross-functional teams in launching new products and solutions that empowered customers and delivered growth across North American and international markets.

Fang holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School.

With more than 20 years of experience leading product, platform, and ecosystem strategy, Mike Galyen guides HG Insights’ Joint Solutions initiatives, partnering with customers and technology alliances to deliver integrated, high-value data and AI solutions.

Before joining HG, Mike served as Chief Product Officer at TrustRadius, where he oversaw product vision, roadmap execution, and market expansion. He previously held key roles at Expedia and Assure Software, building large-scale systems and customer-centric digital experiences. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. His background enables him to connect product innovation with real-world customer outcomes.

Nik Koutsoukos

VP of Product Marketing

Nik Koutsoukos brings over 25 years of product and marketing executive leadership to his role as VP of Product Marketing at HG Insights. He drives product GTM, customer and partner-marketing, and sales enablement to increase awareness, reach, adoption, and growth.

Prior to HG, Nik held senior positions including VP of Product Marketing at SolarWinds, Chief Marketing Officer at Catchpoint, and VP of Product Marketing at Riverbed Technology, where he helped scale adoption of enterprise performance and observability solutions. Nik brings deep expertise in translating complex technology into compelling market value and partner-aligned growth. He holds a BSEE from Leeds Beckett University.

With 12 years of success in high-velocity SaaS sales and GTM execution, Cam Johnson leads Growth Sales at HG Insights, expanding the company’s footprint across commercial and mid-market segments. He directs new business acquisition strategies and helps customers adopt HG’s Revenue Growth Intelligence solutions to accelerate pipeline and performance.

Prior to HG, Cam was Director of New Business Sales at ZoomInfo, where he played a key role in scaling adoption of the company’s data-driven sales technology for nearly 8 years. Cam’s experience blends strategic selling with a strong understanding of modern revenue operations.

Sam Levan

VP of RGI Products

With more than 20 years of experience in product innovation, data science, and AI-driven go-to-market solutions, Sam Levan leads HG Insights’ RGI Products organization, guiding the evolution of the company’s Revenue Growth Intelligence platform. He joined HG following its acquisition of MadKudu, where he was co-founder and CEO, building one of the industry’s most advanced predictive-analytics engines for B2B growth teams. 

Previously, Sam served as VP of Products at AgilOne, delivering cloud-based predictive intelligence for enterprise marketers. He holds a Master’s in Operations Research from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science from École des Ponts ParisTech.

Sohiela Magidi

VP of Global Customer Experience

Sohiela Magidi brings over 30 years of global customer and operational leadership to her role as VP of Global Customer Experience at HG Insights. She leads the integrated customer experience organization, including customer success, technical support, consulting and solutions, and CX operations, and drives a unified customer journey with disciplined execution and high-quality experiences worldwide.

Before joining HG, Sohiela served as the Global Head of Customer Success Management for Synopsys, where she directed worldwide customer success and value realization teams. She previously held senior leadership roles at 8×8, including GVP & Chief Customer Advocate. Her deep experience in customer engagement and operational excellence helps organizations unlock the full value of HG’s data and AI-driven intelligence.

Bill Tole

VP of Finance

With more than 25 years of experience leading financial strategy, accounting, and back office operations, Bill Tole serves as VP of Finance at HG Insights. Known for “humanizing” the back-office function, he oversees financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational controls that support HG’s growth and scalability.

Prior to joining HG, Bill was CFO at TrustRadius, guiding the company through its expansion and strengthening its financial infrastructure. He also served as CFO at Bloomfire, where he led finance and back-office operations through multiple stages of organizational growth, and held key senior finance positions at i2Technologies and Worksoft. Bill holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University and a MBA and MS in Accounting from the University of Dallas.

James Tudway

VP of Enterprise & Strategic Sales

James Tudway brings 18 years of sales leadership to HG Insights, where he leads the Enterprise and Strategic Sales, overseeing global strategic accounts and complex solution engagements. James joined HG through the acquisition of PivotalIQ, where he served as Director of Sales and played a key role in scaling enterprise adoption of data-driven technology intelligence.

Prior to that, he was Business Development Director at GlobalData Technology, developing relationships with multinational organizations across competitive and market-intelligence domains. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bristol and completed the CRO Program in Organizational Leadership at the Wharton School.
