What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
The Growth plan includes more credits, more seats, higher lead volumes, and access to premium intent signals in the platform – making it better suited for scaling teams.
Can I purchase individual modules?
Yes. You can choose specific modules based on your GTM requirements, so budget constraints don’t get in the way of benefiting from HG’s offerings. This also ensures minimal redundancy in your GTM tech stack. The modules are:
- Market Analyzer: Enables you to do tasks such as ICP Design, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, whitespace analysis and competitive analysis – foundational to drive other GTM use-cases.
- Data Studio: Contains use-cases like account targeting, CRM enrichment, inbound marketing qualification, account scoring (ABM performance) – offering predictive modelling in a no-code environment.
- Sales Copilot: Allows signal based account prioritization and AI-driven sales plays – giving real-time access to strategic account insights.
Are these modules interconnected?
All the modules on offer are inter-connected as they utilise the same underlying data and insights are presented in a unified manner on the RGI Platform.
Can I switch or upgrade plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add modules as your usage breadth and depth grows.
Can I purchase additional seats?
Yes, you can purchase additional seats anytime in the Sales Copilot and Market Analyzer modules, depending on your GTM org. needs. These additional seats are offered in bundles of 5, 10, 25 and 50. The 50-seat bundle is only available for Growth plan users. You can also purchase individual seats at a premium.
What are Intelligence Credits?
Intelligence credits are vital to the usage of the RGI Platform. These enable you to harness information such as technology installs, firmographics, contact intel and so on via exports. Each data point consumes a certain number of credits. For example, an entity with firmographics & hierarchy cost 0.1 credits while a buyer intent data point costs 3 credits. These credits get cheaper to purchase as your plan scales.
How are my credits allocated, do they expire, and can I buy more?
Credits are allocated annually but distributed monthly. A portion can roll over if unused. Credits are allocated annually but distributed monthly. A portion can roll over if unused. A maximum of 20% of the monthly distributed credits, if unused, will roll-over to the next month. HG can assist you in estimating the usage based on your team’s workflows and jobs-to-be-done. You can purchase additional credits anytime at discounted bundle rate.
What is the difference between Intelligence credits and AI action credits?
Intelligence credits are used to export HG’s data from the platform. AI action credits are used to run actions on the platform and represents the compute power required to perform actions like generating a research brief or enriching a CRM row.
What is the standard contract duration?
The standard contract term is two years. A one-year term is available at a higher price. Quarterly billing is also available at an additional premium.
Is there any free or trial plan?
Currently, there is no pilot or free trial plan available.
