Two updates are live on HG Customer Voice, powered by TrustRadius this quarter. Each one removes a specific piece of friction: not knowing your incentive budget, and losing reviewers at sign-in because a work email got blocked by corporate IT.
See your incentive balance without waiting on a lookup
Vendors running incentivized review campaigns can now see their own balance. A new card on the Generate Review page shows, per subscribed product, the total incentive budget allocated for the review cycle, how much has already been issued to reviewers, and how much is left to distribute. A timestamp on the card shows how current the numbers are.

Budgets are tracked per product, not per account, so if you manage more than one subscribed product, use the selector at the top of the card to switch between them. The view is read-only: nothing on the card changes your balance, and the card only appears for accounts with a subscribed product carrying an incentive budget.
What to do: Log in to the Vendor Portal and go to Reviews → Generate Reviews in the lefthand navigation. The card sits on the right side of the page, above the other widgets. If your available balance shows in red, spend has exceeded budget: contact your CSM to top up. Your CSM can see this same card, so you don’t need to wait on a Salesforce lookup to get an answer on a call.
Google sign-in for reviewers, verification standards unchanged
Reviewers can now sign in with Google, either Gmail or Workspace, right at the start of a review. That lets them save their progress and come back later without creating a new account first.

Work email still enters the picture. It’s requested later in the flow and verified with a link sent to that address. A review only publishes once that work email is verified, so every published review still comes from a confirmed business user. What’s changed is when work-email verification happens, not whether it happens.
This matters most at events and other in-person moments, where a work-email sign-in prompt is frequently blocked by corporate IT filters and has meant staff manually authorizing reviews on-site. Google sign-in removes that front-of-funnel blocker.
What to do: No action needed on your end. If you run review campaigns at events or other on-site moments, know that reviewers no longer need to lead with a work email to get started, which should mean fewer people dropping off before they finish.
