In a very short period of time HG has become renowned as the authority in Technology Intelligence and as a result has a global reach via its people and customers.

Our DEIB Committee is comprised of employees from various departments and leads the DEIB journey for HG, with a mission to build and maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.  Members are charged with leveraging our position as a leader in technology to spark support for marginalized groups, challenge the existing norms, and campaign for equitable access to opportunities. Through the promotion of education and sharing best practices, HG strives to amplify DEIB in all facets of the company and beyond. HG’s DEIB Committee counsel and support initiatives to help operationalize inclusion across the entire employee experience and bring changes when necessary.
