IBM Cloud is IBM’s public cloud offering. They offer public, private and hybrid cloud offerings. A key differentiator IBM claims is their Watson AI system. IBM gives developers API’s to do machine learning simply without having to implement complicated models. IBM entered the public cloud business later than Microsoft and Google, but have been supporting on-premise businesses in their datacenter for over 50 years.
