HG Insights is honored to be featured in the ‘Central Coast Best Places to Work 2022’ list by the Pacific Coast Business Times (PCBT).
Each year, the publication surveys its readership in the Tri-Counties area (San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura) to collect nominations. The PCBT then crunches the data to determine the best of the best. HG employees submitted nominations for the honor citing positive work-life balance, career opportunities, and company culture.
“It means a lot knowing that our inclusion on this list is based on how our employees feel about their work environment, their colleagues, and the opportunities available to them,” said Bethany Kasmar, Senior Director, People.
