What time does the event start and end?

The event schedule, including start and end times, will be shared on the event website and in your calendar invite. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early for check-in.

Please bring a valid photo ID – badge will be provided at check-in.

Most attendees wear business casual unless otherwise noted. If the event is outdoors or includes activities, additional details will be provided in advance.

Yes, food, drinks and snacks will be provided from the official start of the event through departures.

Yes, valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency.
