Patricia joined HG Insights in early 2023, bringing more than 15 years experience in building and scaling Customer Success teams in high-growth enterprise markets, and a passion for driving customer success. Her outcomes-focused leadership and ability to design and elevate cross-functional alignment across account management, customer enablement, and support practices deliver customer outcomes, long-term adoption, and ultimately, customer success.
Before HG, Patti led customer success teams for PE and venture-backed organizations through critical alignment, growth, and scaling phases across markets and industries, including NextCapital Financial (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Convercent (now OneTrust), and Jama Software. She is passionate about bringing customers to the center of HG Insights and in delivering the big and small things that will make them successful.
