CEO Elizabeth Cholawsky Celebrated as “Female Executive of the Year”
Honoring women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run—HG Insights’ CEO Elizabeth Cholawsky was named a Female Executive of the Year!
The award is well deserved. Cholawsky has exceeded revenue growth projections and added to employee count this last year—despite the dynamic economy. In 2022 alone, Cholawsky successfully led the HG Insights acquisition of Intricately, worked with a best-in-class team to bring more than three products to market—including flagship Platform 2.0—and championed several successful partnerships within the local Santa Barbara community, amongst much more. Not to mention doubling HG’s ARR from 2020 through 2022.
More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories, and HG’s CEO took home the award for the Women in Business category. Maggie Miller, president of the awarding organization, said,
“In its 19th year, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business received an outstanding body of nominations from women in organizations of all types, in 27 nations. We are gratified by how meaningful and how impactful [the award] can be. We congratulate all of this year’s winners for their achievements.”
Overcoming and Achieving
CEO Cholawsky has continued to overcome the leadership gap for women as well as the gender gap in technology through ongoing mentorship. She is among the 5% of female CEOs in the U.S., and actively works to remove hidden biases in businesses that may prevent women from getting the same promotion opportunities as others. For these accomplishments, she has a long legacy of commendation in the industry.
In addition to being named a “Female Executive of the Year,” she has also earned the following awards:
And it’s been a stellar year for HG as well! Earlier this quarter HG took home the Gold at The International Business Awards, as well as being named on the Inc. 5000 “Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America” list. The award recognizes the top 1% of privately held companies in the nation and provides a unique look at the most successful companies within their markets, and HG’s inclusion on the list speaks volumes.
“It’s a privilege to lead such a well-regarded, market-leading organization. On the heels of our acquisition of Intricately and the launch of Platform 2.0, we believe our recognition on the prestigious Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America list further reinforces the unique value of our solutions in the marketplace. This award is also a testament to the hard work and tireless ethic of our award-winning team,” said Cholawsky.
